Hi Odyssey!!^^ Welcome back, and thank you for sending in your request!! :]

There are a very limited number of objects that can actually tell when Lightbulb is sad. The other core lights, Baxter (though he is not an object), Baseball (albeit later than the core lights, once they've been roommates in the hotel for a bit), and probably a few characters like Taco or Nickel who would be able to see through her joy being less genuine than usual. The latter would probably stay out of it since they're not really the talk-about-your-feelings types, but everyone else would at least try to help.

In addition, Yang would also know when Lightbulb isn't feeling well, because their stash of Dr. Fizz gets noticeably fewer. They only begrudge Lightbulb for it a little bit, promise.

Lightbulb does NOT like to be alone when she's sad. Cover it up as much as she wants, we know she gets lonely when her friends aren't around in general, but when she's already sad? Downright clingy. She does not want to be left alone for a single minute. She wants as much physical contact as possible. Picture her clinging to Painty like a child clings on their parents leg when she's sad and they need to get food or go to the bathroom or something. They'll get off if they really need to, but if Painty can move with Lightbulb piggy backing/clinging to them, then she'll stay right where she is.

One of the people best a cheering Lightbulb up is actually Cheesy, of all objects. They're not especially close in canon, but I think they'd get along like a house on fire. Cheesy would absolutely bust into her room and fire as many puns as he possibly can until she's feeling better. She could even start punning with them.
